What It’s Like to Work with Lunover: From First Call to Final Delivery
If you’ve never worked with a remote team — or a team based in Nepal — you might be wondering:- How do we communicate?
- What’s the process?
- What happens after launch?
- Do you have to micro-manage us? (Short answer: nope.)
📞 Step 1: The First Conversation
No sales pressure. No upsells. We usually start with a 30–45 min call to understand:- What you're building
- Where you’re stuck or unsure
- What kind of help you need (design, dev, PM, etc.)
📝 Step 2: Scope, Budget, and Timeline
After the call, we send you:- A rough scope (based on our discussion)
- Cost estimate (hourly/monthly or fixed — your choice)
- Timeline broken into phases or sprints
- Our process summary, so you know exactly how we work
- NDA (if required)
- Services Agreement (simple, clear, and fair)
- Optionally — a Statement of Work for larger builds
🛠 Step 3: Kickoff & Setup
You’ll get:- A Slack channel with us
- A shared Notion or Trello board
- GitHub or GitLab access
- Any other tools you prefer (Figma, Zoom, Linear, etc.)
🔄 Step 4: Weekly Demos & Iterations
We don’t disappear. Every week you get:- A progress update (Loom, Slack, or call — your choice)
- A working demo or preview
- Task breakdown
- Questions or feedback requests
You stay informed. We stay focused.
🚀 Step 5: Launch
When it’s go-time, we handle:- Deployment (Vercel, AWS, DigitalOcean — depends on project)
- Final QA and mobile testing
- Bug fixes and polish
- DNS setup and domain pointing (if needed)
- Optional: analytics, cookie banners, GDPR banners, etc.
🧩 Step 6: Post-Launch Support
After launch, many clients continue working with us in one of three ways:- Ongoing development — adding features, scaling
- Maintenance plan — bug fixes, infra updates
- Project pause — we pause, then pick up later when you’re ready
We’re just here when you need us.
